User journeys for Barclaycard

The project brief was to create a microsite for the new Barclaycard LifestylePlan insurance product. The site would allow customers to drag-and-drop different policy options around and to run calculations based on the information they provided.

The audience was existing Barclaycard customers.

It was also key to work with the client to work out every possible combination of product elements and write copy to cover every scenario. This was a vital process for the team as it was only once all variations had been specified that they could be built.

I worked with the client and the agency technical team in order to both work out every possible combination and then ensure that every user journey was clear and driven by copy that was as simple and clear as possible.
